FAQ...
Who can pre-order? You must be a Discount Member or Distributor to access the pre-order page (it'll only show up when you log into your microsite). You can choose to "retail" All-In Challenge Bundles if you choose to create your own inventory by pre-ordering more!
How many 24-Day Challenges can I pre-order? As many as you'd like. There is no limit to the number of challenges you can pre-order. If you would like to purchase challenges with different flavors of Spark or MNS or Meal Replacement shakes you would need to place separate orders.
How do I know my pre-order went through? You will receive a confirmation e-mail and will also be able to see all past pre orders from the main pre order screen.
When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will not be charged until after the orders are processed and we begin to pack out the boxes, so it will not show up until after Christmas.
When will my package ship? Packages will begin leaving the AdvoCare warehouse on January 2nd (FedEx is closed on 1/1).
